This Wilcox Arcade T-Shirt is Perfect for Halloween

By this point, I’d be beating a dead horse if I once again waxed positive about the holiday of Halloween — my absolute favorite one — so this time, I’ll be a little more specific.
I think, in part, it’s the iconography of Halloween that I so thoroughly appreciate. Although I draw the line at genuine horror, I can easily get behind innocuous stuff like jack-o-lanterns or cobwebs.
Reigning in my point a bit, there’s a certain design on the Wilcox Arcade Teepublic page that I’d say meshes real well with the spooky season: one I dubbed “Gaming on the Brain.”
Yes, my latest T-shirt is not only a technical showcase, in terms of my editing ability, but also, completely by coincidence, it would look wicked on any of you readers within the month of October.
I call it coincidental because, despite the design playing right into that aforementioned Halloween iconography, my initial inspiration in making it was instead the busy digital compositions of graphic designer David Dees. Being somewhat inclined toward maximalism myself — albeit typically more so in a Frutiger Metro-adjacent manner — I just had to see if my skills were sharp enough for the task.
At risk of tooting my own proverbial horn, I believe my “Gaming on the Brain” T-shirt looks pretty dang slick. That’s been a priority of mine lately: offering branded merchandise that stands on its own, as opposed to simply being a wearable billboard.
But yeah, it’s a little creepy, a little weird, and it can be yours in time for Halloween. All you’ll need to do is visit the Wilcox Arcade Teepublic page, where you’ll order your very own “Gaming on the Brain” T-shirt to your specifications. It really is that simple.
For real Wilcox Arcade heads out there, you can doubly support what I’m doing by purchasing either Haribo Goldbears or sticky and stretchy body parts from my electronic bulk vending machines at Know-a-Guy in Murray, Kentucky. As you can see, I’m just full of tricks and treats this season.
Long story short — whether you purchase a “Gaming on the Brain” T-shirt from the Wilcox Arcade Teepublic page or you directly engage with the real-world Wilcox Arcade route — I feel like I’ve done everything I humanly can to get my company Halloween ready.
(Next year, however, I hope I can do even more, provided The Spectre Files: Deathstalker and Skycurser are route-ready by then.)
That’s all I have for today, though, so thank you for reading this article. You support through autumn and beyond would be greatly appreciated.
If you want more Wilcox Arcade goodness any time of year, I’d wholeheartedly recommend following me on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or X, where I tend to sound off a little more regularly than on my blog.
With all that said, I’ll see you in the next one, you sweaty nerds.
